If we ever close

We ask families to trust us with records that matter for decades. You deserve an honest answer about what happens if we stop trading.

Draft, pending legal review of our continuity arrangements. This page will be confirmed before launch.

Your records are always yours to take

On every plan, including the free one, you can export everything your household has recorded and download every document from your Vault. Nothing is held back if a subscription lapses.

What we would do

  • Give every household at least 90 days’ notice by email, and keep the service open for exports throughout.
  • Tell the people you’ve trusted, so they know to ask you for a copy.
  • Keep the release process for households where someone has died or can’t act running until the end of the notice period, so those families aren’t left without access.
  • Then delete everything securely, including backups, and confirm that we have.

What we won’t do

We won’t sell your household’s records as part of closing down. If another company were to take on the service, you would be told first and could export and delete your records before anything moved.

Keep an original

We’re a place to organise and share, not a replacement for original documents. Signed wills and powers of attorney should stay wherever your lawyer or local law says they should, and your Wealth Plan records where each original is kept.
